How It’s Made
All items are designed, cut, and engraved in-house using a laser engraver and real wood. Each piece is hand-finished, assembled, and sealed when needed.
Because wood grain, color, and hardness vary, every item is unique — no two pieces will look exactly the same. The wood defines the final look.
Shipping & Pickup
Local pickup is available in the Jacksonville area. Shipping is available for most items. Easy-ship items ship quickly, while larger or custom pieces may require additional handling time.
Shipping costs are confirmed before payment on custom orders. For small ship orders we use USPS when possible. Larger or heavy items may require pickup or alternate shipping options — we’ll work with you.
